If you would like to wholesale our products please apply to become a vendor. Once you are a registered vendor wholesale pricing will be available to you.
Before processing any orders we must have a current resale certificate on file
Please fill out and send the Tax Resale Certificate along with your wholesale request. We also need basic information about your store, location, and any shows you might do

WHOLESALE TERMS & POLICIES
Shipping:
Each of our items are custom made to order and may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery depended on the size of the order. We will notify you as the expected delivery time of your order when it is received. We ship all items UPS. and do not ship COD. All orders must be prepaid at time of shipping.
Territorial Protection:
DIXIE DIVA will do their best to not sell the same exact merchandise to another retail location in the same zip code.
Payment:
DIXIE DIVA accepts cash, money orders, or credit cards as payment. Business checks are accepted but must clear the bank, please allow 10 business days.
Returns and Guarantees:
There are no returns unless there is a defect. If you should find any defects in your order please contact us contact us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item, but no refunds will be given.
Show Policy:
Because we market and represent our own products through road shows we require that you have a store front. or inform us of any shows, in writing, before attending. If DIXIE DIVA should be attending the same show then you will be ask not to sell our product at that particular show. Should DIXIE DIVA be denied any show, as a result of a retailer, or our policies are not adhered to your account will be closed.
By Labor Day 2009 we will have a full list of wholesale pricing and terms for your viewing. However you will have to fill out the proper wholesale application before being able to view this information.
